I.Reservation Supervisor

Job Function:

* To ensure that all reservations are thoroughly reviewed prior to guests arrival.
* To ensure/establish tracking mechanism of room nights production based on market segment & geographic.
* To monitor reservation forecast.

General Requirement:

* At least 1-2 years experience in a comparable Supervisor Position.
* Minimum D3 graduated from related field.
* An excellent knowledge of all reservation’s requirements.
* An out-going, hands-on, dynamic, professional leader with excellent communication skills.
* A natural team player providing a very personal and unique service to our guests.
* Should have a very good skill in English (speaking and writing).
