I.CRE – Customer Relation Executive ( Medan )

Requirements :

* At least diploma in Medicine, Pharmaceutical, Nursing, Public health
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills is a must
* Keen interest in the health industry
* Self-motivated and determination to succeed

Responsibilities :

* Directly responsible for all company inquiries and pre to post sales activities
* Assist in customer support
* Directly responsible for converting leads to actual clients of the company
* Directly responsible for delivering sales targets
* Directly responsible for maintaining and subsequent increasing closure rates of assigned leads
* Directly responsible for pre and post sales arrangements
* Responsible for client management and ethical education of CordLife’s services
* Assist in ensuring the timely collection of UCB sample if and when required
* Ensure timely submission of weekly reports and time sheets, client contracts and supporting finance forms
* Regular reporting on competitor’s activities
* Any other duties that may be assigned by the Assistant Sales Manager from time to time
* Represent CordLife in promoting its UCB banking services
* Responsible for client education and offering detailed explanation of contract agreement
* Represent the company at official events
* Handle support line and mainline inquiries rostered out
