PT Semen Andalas Indonesia a subsidiary of world leader in cement manufacturing and building material having its operation in Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau and Batam invites you to join our team to be based in Medan as:

I.Human Resources Generalist (Code: HRG)

Main Responsibility:

* Work with HR function Managers to support Line Managers as strategic business partner in order to optimize Organization effectiveness.
* Services, Advices, Studies and Controls all HR functions, are complying with Company policies as well with Government regulations, have some HR visions, set strategic direction of the company and to ensure the strategic processes of the Group, Region and Business Unit are followed.
* Involve in almost all HR spectrum, act as generalist to coordinate functions of; Recruitment and Workforce Planning, Employee and Industrial Relations, Career Path & Training Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Personnel Administration to support HRIS database updating.
* Participate strategic due diligence on the projects concerned to provide HR analysis and recommendations for business decisions process.
* Keep harmonious relationship with employees through Union – Bipartite communications.

General Requirements:

* Must possess at least Bachelor or Master degree from related field with in depth knowledge of Competencies based HR, Organization & People Development process, Performance Management, and strong in Employee and Industrial Relations.
* Having minimum 5 – 10 years working relevant experiences in HR area management preferred with multi national companies.
* Familiar with Job Evaluations (Hay, and Mercer methods) and Behavior based on interview methods.
* Good knowledge of Labor and Government regulations, Immigration and Expatriation Working Permits process.
* Good interpersonal skills, strong analysis and negotiation skills.
* English proficiency and Computer literacy is a must to provide any business reports.
* Work closely with functional team for HR services requirements.

II.Financial Reporting Accountant (Code: FRA)

Reports to Financial Controller, the candidate is responsible to:

* Collect budget data and assist Financial Controller in reviewing budget data from other department.
* Assist Financial Controller in checking and reviewing financial report prior to submit to corporate or management.
* Ensure financial report and budget data are timely submitted.
* Ensure budget data is properly compiled and presented.
* Assist Financial Controller in analyzing for any financial discrepancies.
* Prepare monthly summary reports for all departments expenses.
* Provide the information for any discrepancies regarding expenses to the respective department head and obtain the explanation from the respective department head.
* Alert management should any expenses exceeding the budget.

General Requirements:

* Must possess at least Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting.
* 4 – 6 years working relevant experience in manufacturing industries.
* Understanding in accounting and basic administration.
* Having knowledge in preparation of financial report and budget.
* Having knowledge in ERP system (Pick and JDE).
* Having knowledge in costing.
* English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
* Having knowledge in HFM, would be a plus
