SALES ENGINEER
Requirements :
- Strictly a Degree / Tertiary Education in Mechanical Engineering Discipline
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in a bearings’ industry
- Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
- Familiar with Windows and Microsoft Application
- Aggressive with strong commitment
- Willing to travel within the region
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude
- Possess own car is preferable
Sales & Marketing :
1.Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined region
2.Establish contacts with major OEMs and end-user of specified industry and giving these customers technical support and service
3.Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently in order to secure suitable bearing supply
4.Traveling within defined region
5.Report timely marketing information and competitors’ information to managers
6.Assist organizing technical seminar by technical experts
7.Expand market share with new customers with help of sales managers
8.Provide quality after-sales service to customers
9.Ensure meeting annual sales target and spend within expenses budget assigned
Technical
1.Provide engineering support to regional offices, distributors, OEMs and end-users
2.Advice major end-users on bearing application related problems
3.Conduct product presentations and practical training seminars
4.Investigate bearing demands in specific industries
5.Liaise with South East Asia regional office and German headquarters on technical matters
