OPERATIONAL EXECUTIVE – based in Medan

Our feeder vessels, trucks and dedicated trains allow us to offer a unique concept of door-to-door services.
With challenging growth targets across our container businesses, we are now seeking an Operational Executive to be based in MEDAN with the following details:
Primary Responsibilities:
-To maintain data availability with regard to discharging and loading process.
-To plan an optimum process of discharging and loading. This is to ensure a smooth operation specifically during loading process.
-To ensure the correctness of related information of data prior vessel arrival / departure
-To follow-up down fall of each feeder to responsible parties and achieve 95% utilization.
-To deliver targeted productivity, terminal security standard, TRT and billing.
-To make sure supply equipment from Jakarta to out port have arranged properly and timely.
Requirements:
- Result and detailed oriented.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Min. bachelor degree from any major.
- Preferably having 1-2 years working experience.
